What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

The Standard model offers a compact 600 ml tank and three timed cycles. Pro expands capacity to 1.2 L and adds dual transducers, degas control, and optional gentle heat for compatible items.

Can I put a complete watch in the tank?

No. We recommend caring only for a detached, compatible metal bracelet unless the watch manufacturer explicitly approves the exact immersion and ultrasonic method.

Do I need cleaning concentrate?

Water alone may be appropriate for light care. A compatible, correctly diluted concentrate can help with oils and residue. Never substitute household chemicals or flammable liquids.

How often should I clean valuables?
