Eligible purchases may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused or only handled as reasonably necessary to inspect them, clean, complete, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, and proof of purchase. Products showing misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, excessive wear, missing parts, hygiene concerns, or use inconsistent with the product instructions may be refused. Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.

How to request a return

Email service@orvelilio.com within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number, item name, reason for return, and clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Wait for return authorization and packing instructions before sending the parcel.

Return address

Returns sent without authorization, to another address, or cash-on-delivery may be refused. Use a tracked service and retain the shipping receipt.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, accidental orders, or incorrect customer selections, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, Orvelilio will provide an appropriate prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund as appropriate. Do not discard the item or packaging until support confirms the next step.

Inspection and refunds

We will inspect authorized returns after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Original expedited shipping charges are not refunded unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

For the fastest replacement, contact support. Where direct exchanges are unavailable, return the eligible item and place a new order after return authorization.
