Shipping Policy

Clear delivery expectations from checkout through arrival.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Verification, address corrections, unusually high order volume, or stock availability can extend processing. We will contact you if action is required.

Delivery estimates

Standard transit is normally 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, peak periods, or destination accessibility.

Fulfillment location

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination. A fulfillment location does not change your customer support contact or your rights under our published policies.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $45 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Charges for orders below the threshold, and any optional expedited services, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When the parcel is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking link. Carrier scans can take 2–3 business days to appear. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delays, missing parcels, or delivery problems

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the delivery estimate has passed by more than 7 business days, email service@orvelilio.com with your order number. Orvelilio will review the carrier record and help with the appropriate investigation, replacement, or refund process.

Changes and cancellations

Send cancellation or address-change requests within 12 hours of placing the order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. A dispatched order must follow the published return process.
