Product assurance

Eligible Orvelilio electrical devices include a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original delivery date.

What is covered

During the warranty period, we may repair, replace, or refund an eligible product after assessment. The remedy is selected based on product condition, parts availability, location, and applicable law.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, consumables, cosmetic changes, accidental damage, misuse, incompatible liquids or materials, inadequate maintenance, power irregularities, unauthorized repair, commercial overuse, or damage to third-party valuables.

Making a claim

Email service@orvelilio.com with the order number, product model, serial information if present, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video. Do not ship a product until instructions are provided.

Statutory rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
